As such, it can be used for a variety of styles, from landscape and street photography to portrait and product photography. In this meetup, we'll review the basic camera settings. I think the Beginners photography clas with Michael Wacht was great! Very informative session, lots of opportunities to practice what was taught and great 1 on 1 sessions with Michael with him elaborating suggestions and tips on your shots to improve them. Prior to the class I had already did lots of research on photography through YouTube and self study, but I still learned a lot through this beginners class and recommend it to anyone thats on the fence in taking this class.

I thoroughly enjoyed the portrait class, learned a lot and had fun. There was lots of pertinent info covered and many things learned, then immediately putting into practice with a model was a great experience. It also helped make it stick and I look forward to putting into practice. You kept the pace where is needed to be, the model Arianna was very professional and pleasant, and the photo review was both helpful, educational and fun.

It enabled me to better understand night photography. It simplified the process to make it easier to photograph at night. The big thing was the understanding of white balance and its importance for night photography.
